Dora Spyropoulou: Founder – Whole System Design Portfolio Manager – Civil Engineer
I am an enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for continuous improvement and effective decision-making in an intensely competitive global economy. My academic journey, including an MEng in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc in Management for Business Excellence from the University of Warwick, has equipped me with robust analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
During my studies, I conducted research on “people competencies for projects based on collaborative technology” in collaboration with the Technical University of Vienna. This experience sparked my interest in change management and strategic business management.
Subsequently, I delved into the topic of “The successful application of management of change in larger organizations for achieving Business Excellence.” This research led me to develop a practical Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) tool for applying management of change, supported by my certification as a Project Manager (IPMA level D). My professional journey has emphasized the importance of proactive and insightful business strategies, enabling organizations to excel in the face of challenges and transform into Learning Organizations. I am committed to lifelong learning and personal development, continuously seeking opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge.
My vision for 3C Partners, established officially in 2020, is to create a learning organization where work is enjoyable. Influenced by international experiences and a love for continuous learning, I expanded our services into consulting and collaboration. Recognizing challenges as opportunities for growth, I aim to foster an environment that supports innovation, creativity, and learning. As a self-motivated leader, I embrace the inherent challenges of this role, understanding that true engagement cannot be forced but must be inspired.
Panagiotis Spyropoulos: CEO
Panagiotis Spyropoulos is 57 years old and he holds a degree in Economics from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has overall 35 years of expertise in the fields of Management & Finance, in different sectors, such as, Services / Consulting, Retail, Industrial, Consumer Goods / Cosmetics, Technology. He has 29 years working experience in listed Groups, initial 10 years as Deputy CEO & CFO and latest 19 years as CEO. He has led two IPOs on ATHEX and one Dual Listing on Vienna and ATHEX, namely, the IPO of PLAISIO COMPUTERS on ATHEX in 1999, the IPO of KORRES NATURAL PRODUCTS on ATHEX in 2007, as well as the dual listing of AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS on the Vienna and Athens Stock Exchanges in 2023. During his career, among others, he has served as Group CEO of AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS Group, CEO of KORRES NATURAL PRODUCTS, Deputy CEO & CFO of PLAISIO COMPUTERS, Group CFO of INFORM LYKOS Group. He is married and has four daughters.
Ourania Riga: Senior Civil Engineer
Born and raised in Athens, Riga Ourania is a civil engineer from the Democritus University of Thrace, graduating in 1983. Riga Ourania has a strong foundation as she has been working on this construction site for over four decades on numerous successful projects. Beginning as a freelance engineer, Riga Ourania initially focused on the issuance and supervision of building permits. As their career progressed, she focused on the construction of public and private projects. In 2000, Riga Ourania took on a pivotal role as a 50% shareholder in “ΑΦΟΙ ΡΗΓΑ ΑΤΕ” overseeing the construction of prominent public projects. Additionally, she played a key role as a 50% shareholder in “ΑΦΟΙ ΡΗΓΑ ΟΕ,” contributing to the development of residential properties for sale. Today, Ourania Riga brings her experience and expertise to 3C Partners, where she plays a key role as a senior civil engineer of our construction team. Her dedication to excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional results make her an invaluable asset to our organization.
Eirini Papanikou: Innovation Architect
Eirini Papanikou’s journey as an architect began at the prestigious School of Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens. Her academic focus on community design and her fervent interest in ecovillages and natural building methods paved the way for her impactful career. Joining 3C Partners: A Natural Fit! Eirini’s decision to join 3C Partners was born out of a shared vision for innovation and collaboration. She saw in the organization an opportunity to marry her design sensibilities with a forward-thinking approach. At 3C Partners, she doesn’t just design; she pioneers, constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in architecture and construction. Eva Dima is an Architect and works at 3C Partners since 2022. Eva has a passion for innovation and architectural excellence. Her expertise in 3D Modeling and her BIM philosophy fits perfect in systems thinking culture of 3C Partners. Eva is a valuable asset for the organization, as she is responsible to monitor and bring into the company new softwares that support BIM regularly, and make adjustments and improvements as need. Moreover, Eva leads embedding the change of using the softwares into organisation processes, systems, culture, and performance, and reinforces the behaviors and attitudes that support the change. Her effective communication supports project deliverables and ensures smooth project progress fostering a collaborative work environment. Proficiency in architectural software tools allows her to efficiently create innovative designs, enhancing the company’s reputation for cutting-edge solutions. Stavroula Oikonomou: Project Manager – Architect
Stavroula graduated from the School of Architecture at the University of Patras in August 2021. She worked for Gavalas Architects from July 2020 to January 2021specializing in residential renovation projects. In 2021, Stavroula joined Theros Architects as an Architect Engineer, where she has been highly skilled in construction detail design for Public Sector. Later, Stavroula served as the Lead Architect at OnOffice Environmental Architecture, focusing on offices and residential buildings design. In February 2024, Stavroula joined 3C Partners as an Architect Engineer while she is concurrently pursuing her master’s degree in the first year of TERNA funded program “Infrastructure and Construction Management” at NTUA in the Department of Civil Engineering. Stavroula is a highly motivated person, persuaded to contribute into building 3C Partners’ competitive edge playing an important role. Stavroula is a methodical and tactically minded architect with exceptional organizational skills. She excels in leading projects, prioritizing tasks, and efficiently managing resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Vasilis Gounaris: Foreman & Maintenance Manager
Vasileios Gounaris is a mechanical installation engineer with experience in Greece and the UK. He specializes in heating and cooling systems like air conditioning and heat pumps. Vasileios has worked closely with engineers, subcontractors, and crews, often taking on the role of foreman. He has a hands-on approach and understands various construction tasks such as electrical and plumbing work. Additionally, he has collaborated with clothing retail companies to set up retail outlets. Since 2023, Vasileios has been a key member of the 3C PARTNERS team, serving as a foreman on a major residential project in Hellinikon. His strong organizational and leadership skills, along with his expertise in manual tasks, make him a valuable asset to any project.
Giouli Milona: Office Manager
With her extensive work experience of twenty three years in administrative support roles, Giouli has developed the ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Her attention to detail enables her handling multi tasking while supporting the teamwork and the office communication. Having expanded her comfort zone. Giouli is adaptable, loyal, discreet, flexible, and conscientious and plays a key role, as she has effective prioritization, confidentiality and reliability. Giouli reinforces the culture of the company by facilitating the organizational processes in a lean and effective way that 6sigma seminars have taught the team.
