Autopsy, mapping & systematic survey of the project – Task and technical detail recording, set smart goals & objectives -IST PDSA
Adopt a design philosophy for the project lifecycle, arrange project team and create a project plan with milestones and budget per phase – 2nd PDSA
Use all the communication channels to promote the project & get the buy in from all the participants & the whole organization. Keep a record during the project implementation VS the plan 3rd PDSA
Monitoring the project through follow up, KPIs, periodical/escalation meeting according to project timetable and resources -4th PDSA
Define what could have been better and redesign/ adjust Correct and improve embed positive results – 5th PDSA.
The guiding principle of our projects is comprehensive design, spanning from the initial creation to ongoing maintenance.
We firmly believe that success hinges on thorough and timely project analysis prior to commencement.
This necessitates direct communication with the customer, effective collaboration with the project team, and meticulous project design aimed at achieving the desired outcome.

We meticulously study and plan each project, aiming to optimize space utilization while adhering to financial constraints and timelines. Our approach is not linear; rather, we employ the Plan-Do-Study-Act cycle to enhance each stage individually and improve the project as a whole simultaneously.(Figure 2).
We handle projects for both professional and private spaces, carefully examining and addressing the specific needs of each company or individual. Each project team is assembled with specialists tailored to the project’s requirements.
Our comprehensive study encompasses all factors including construction, time management, quality assurance, budget constraints, regulatory compliance, and technological considerations, recognizing their interconnectedness.(Figure 3).

Figure 4: How we work
Through analysis of all the aforementioned factors, we develop a comprehensive model for your building (see Figure 4). This model incorporates the complete history of your building and detailed information for every element, including supplier details, year of production, model specifications, costs, codes, and more. This enables us to streamline maintenance processes, making upkeep simple and efficient.
Our concepts are rooted in contemporary design and aesthetics, while adhering to the necessary structural and energy standards (see Figure 5).
Our approach is underpinned by the philosophy of circular economy adoption, which involves continuous improvement processes and meticulous record-keeping of project, building, or product history.
