This project involves a two-story building from the ‘90s, where the owners decided to carry out a comprehensive renovation. The building consists of a basement, a ground floor with a parking area and entrance to the stairwell, two residential floors, and the roof. The renovation included transforming the basement, landscaping, facade improvements, minor apartment interventions, and creating a green lounge area on the roof.
